Annual General Meeting May 2025

Dear Anjoman Members,

Notice is hereby given in accordance with the articles of Association of Anjoman Limited that the Annual General meeting will be held at 7pm, on Wednesday 21 May 2025 at Beaufort House Chelsea, 354 King’s Road, London, SW3 5UZ.

The current Management board's 2 years term is up and a new board needs to be elected at the AGM.

We would like to invite members to either stand for election or nominate members to stand for and serve on the new Board of Management of Anjoman for the period June 2025 through to June 2027.

Please read the attached AOA for a description of the board positions of Anjoman's Board of Management and use the nomination form to either nominate yourself or a member of Anjoman to stand for election. All nominations should be supported by two proposers.

Please note that the annual accounts, the form of proxy and candidate names will be provided before the AGM.
