Reza is a Lead Technical Authority and Principal Consultant Engineer... who brings over 24 years of expertise to the energy sector. His extensive career began in the onshore and offshore oil and gas industry, where he specialized in field development and executed major projects alongside industry leaders including BP, Shell, and Saudi Aramco. Recognizing the critical need to address global warming, Reza strategically pivoted his career toward renewable energy over the past five years. He has successfully managed complex CO₂, hydrogen,and ammonia pipeline projects spanning the UK and Middle East regions, demonstrating his ability to apply his deep technical knowledge to emerging clean energy solutions. Reza's educational foundation includes an MBA in Oil and Gas Management and a Master's degree in Renewable Energy, complementing his practical experience with advanced theoretical knowledge. Throughout his career, he has taken on diverse project management responsibilities across the broader energy industry. Beyond his professional achievements, Reza has demonstrated a strong commitment to community involvement, serving actively on residential and rowing club committees for six years. His contributions to these organizations reflect his dedication to community engagement and organizational development outside the workplace.

Bahar brings over 15 years of experience across a range of industries ... and countries. She is currently the Logistics Development Manager at British American Tobacco, where she previously served as Procurement Manager for nine years, working in Iran, the UAE, Turkey, and the UK. Bahar began her career with GE Healthcare in Dubai before joining the Jumeirah Group as a Quality Specialist—a role that aligned with her Master’s degree in Quality Management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai. She is passionate about driving positive impact for people and the environment around her, building and maintaining meaningful connections, and promoting knowledge-sharing.

Ed is the Founder & CEO of Smile IT Solutions, he brings over 20 years ... of IT expertise to the table, specialising in application design and development, cloud computing, and IT services. Holding a Master's degree from University College London (UCL). Ed is an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Partner with multiple accreditations. Since 2015, he has been helping SMBs modernise their applications and move to the cloud, providing innovative and customised solutions across various industries. Driven by the mission to create value for clients and stakeholders, Ed delivers high-quality products that meet their needs and expectations. A tech-savvy individual with a passion for technology, Ed enjoys tinkering with the latest gadgets and building amazing creations, including intricate Lego structures, showcasing his technical prowess and creativity.

Farid is an investment professional with over five years’ experience spanning ... Private Equity, Investment Banking and Real Assets across the UK, Middle East and Europe. Most recently, he served as an Associate at a £40 billion AUM real estate family office in London, where he led deal origination, investment evaluation and financial modelling across commercial and residential real estate, infrastructure and broader private markets assets. Prior to that, he advised on cross-border M&A and capital markets transactions in GCC’s Investment Banking sector. Farid works closely with investors, family offices and entrepreneurs on capital raising, structuring and execution. He holds an MSc in Economics from the University of London.

Mo studied applied engineering, Electronics major (BSc) and later Research ...in Biomedical engineering and qualified with a PhD. Post studies have been active in design and development of instrumentations. Initially in development of immunoassay systems and lately in the development of cancer treatment instruments. Active in development of Brachytherapy After loader systems. Founder and CEO of Mardi Instruments consulting LTD active as a consultant development engineer working with companies in UK,Germany and USA. A member of Anjoman since 2010 and served as the chairman of Anjoman for the two years 2012 to 2014. As a society Anjoman provides the perfect venue for British Iranians to network and grow within the community and beyond and am always happy to support the Board of Anjoman in achieving that goal.
