Orral Nadjari

Orral has a successful background in investment banking, with a proven track record of securing funding for large scale projects. Throughout his career he has developed successful strategies to future-proof the banking/bond sector through investments in the renewable energy sector, and associated development of green bonds and other financial instruments.

His natural emotional intelligence allows him to see potential in situations, moreover the potential in the people he works with. He has a proven track record of building world-class teams to drive and deliver large-scale projects.

 Orral is fascinated with the move towards sustainable investment. This is what inspired him to create an industry benchmark assembly of UK battery experts, driven by one common goal, to help the UK head toward net-zero.


Graham Hoare OBE

Graham is an experienced executive, with an established track record of innovation, transformation and change management. Graham has a wealth of experience in automotive industry leadership, and is the former Chairman and Executive Director for Business Transformation for Ford Motor Company. 

Achievements at Ford included the successful restructuring of Ford’s operations in the UK, and re-design of Ford for growth in commercial vehicles and connected electrification.

Graham currently leads the UK Automotive Council, a successful government-industry engagement which guides the UK’s auto-industry, and is a member of the UK Government Department for Transport Infrastructure Expert Group. 

Graham holds an MSc in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick, and a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath. In 2018, Graham became a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering.


Lord Chadlington

Lord Chadlington’s career spans politics, public relations and journalism. A serial entrepreneur, he founded two of the largest global public relations networks: Shandwick and Huntsworth.

Lord Chadlington has advised various Prime Ministers – including Sir John Major and David Cameron. He was made a member of the House of Lords in 1996.

He is advisor to various international companies.
