The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of members shall convene on 16th May 2019 at Weeks Hall, 16-18 Princes Gardens, London SW7 1NE (near Imperial College London), starting 7pm.

The agenda for the AGM is:

• Apologies for absence
• Election of Chairperson and Secretary for the Meeting
• Approval of the Minutes of the AGM of 16th May 2018
• To receive and adopt the accounts and reports for the year ended 31st March 2019
• Appointment of accountants as auditors for the year ending 31st March 2020
• Any other business
