"The New World Order - The global economy after the credit crunch"

Mr. Peter Dixon

Global Financial Economist

Commerzbank AG

Peter Dixon is Commerzbank AG's global financial economist based in London. Commerzbank is Germany's second largest bank and employs over 57,000 people across 50 countries with involvement in all aspects of banking and finance. Peter's role is to interact with the bank's institutional business to analyse the impact of economic events upon financial markets, and to assess how markets feed back to affect the economy.

The interactions between the economy and equity, fixed income, FX and commodity markets are a key decision making input into the bank's capital markets business. This role also entails extensive contact with Commerzbank clients both in formal presentations of the research views and ad-hoc responses to issuer or investor queries.

Prior to assuming this role in 2000, Peter spent four years as head of Commerzbank's international economics group based in Frankfurt am Main. In all, he has over twenty years of professional experience in macroeconomic analysis and is routinely sought by the media and a variety of institutions to provide views and advice on economic and market issues.

RSVP by close of business on Thursday 6th of October 2011 to events@anjoman.co.uk
