Dear Members and Friends of Anjoman Ltd,

The leaves are beginning to fall and the nights are closing in - Autumn is definitely upon us! Hopefully we can bring an invigorating, entertaining and informative evening to you all to brighten up October.

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am delighted to invite you to the 116th Monthly Meeting which is to be held on Thursday, 1st October 2009 at 18.30 hrs for 19.00hrs. As per usual the venue is the superb Hyatt Regency Churchill located at 30 Portman Square , London W1H 7BH.

We really have managed to secure two superb speakers for this meeting. Prior to dining Ms. Rosa Issa (www.roseissa.com) will be speaking on "Art and Life - The Emergence of New Aesthetics in Iranian Contemporary Art". Many of you will already know of Ms. Issa, as she is one of the leading experts on Middle Eastern fine art and film. She is a highly regarded and has published a number of highly successful books.

Following supper we have a presentation by Mr Clive Newton QC. He is a leading Silk in family work, including d ivorce, children, childcare and matrimonial finance. Additionally he is a lecturer at Oriel College. This will be a highly interesting and insightful presentation from one of the absolute experts in the field.
